Our beautiful Gyrotonic Sanctuary is located in it's own private area within Om Sweet Om Pilates Center in Upland CA

We offer Private, Semi-Private and Trio Lessons on the Gyrotonic Pulley Tower/Handle Unit. The Pulley Tower is the main piece of Gyrotonic equipment and incorporates arching, curling, spiraling, and undulating movements to free the body, unlock stuck areas, hydrate the fascia, release tension, reduce pain, and create a sense of overall well-being.

• Three Pulley Tower/Handle Units
•  All equipment is spaced a minimum of 6 feet apart to ensure proper social distancing
• Limited to one session occurring per hour on the Pulley Towers
• Medical Grade HEPA filter
• Medical grade wipes are used to sanitize each apparatus between sessions
• Towel service
• Hand sanitizer

We offer Private and Semi Private Lessons on the full array of Gyrotonic Specialized Equipment. Each apparatus offers unique and different environments to open, heal, challenge, and strengthen the body as a whole dynamic movement experience.
