Upon Arrival....
- Masks are no longer required to enter the studio, and if you prefer to wear a mask - please do!
- Upon entry into the studio we ask that you remove your shoes and leave all personal items in the provided cubbies, as well as silencing your cell phone
- For Pilates & Gyrotonic sessions: Grippy Socks are to be worn in the studio at all times. Grippy Socks are available at the studio for purchase.
- Please use our non-drying hand sanitizer upon your arrival prior to beginning your lesson

During your Lesson...
- Our staff take their temperature prior to coming into the studio each day
- Our staff are no longer required to wear masks. If you feel more comfortable with your instructor wearing a mask, just ask them. We want you to feel comfortable.
- We continue to keep physical distancing from clients
- We offer a variety of contactless payment and booking methods
- Our staff wash their hands between sessions and use hand sanitizer during sessions when touch is required
- Our equipment has been spaced apart to accommodate physical distancing between clients
- We run our 2 medical-grade HEPA filter during all sessions
- All equipment is sanitized with medical-grade disinfecting wipes after each use
- All provided linens during any service are cleaned with approved cleaners and hot water
- All high touch surfaces are sanitized throughout the day
- The entire studio is professionally cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis
- We leave the doors and windows open for fresh air - weather permitting
